Rodeo Fitness with Dr. Andy Wolfe's partner, Wolfe & Sons Performance, specializes in sport specific strength and conditioning training that is tailored to each individual and each sport position/event. Their fitness programs are designed to decrease injury and consequently, improve your performance and career longevity.

Their programs are primarily online based programs that enable athletes to complete their workouts at any location - on the road, in the gym, at home, and/or outside your performance arena. Great for all starting at age 7. All programs are accessible through the "Fit by Wix" app.

 Dr. Andy Wolfe is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Fitness Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has over 10 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field/setting and has coached 100+ athletes at all levels on the court, in the field and now, in the rodeo arena!  Proudly, several of his previous athletes have progressed to well-recognized Division I athletic programs and professional sports organizations.

Includes movement assessment to create corrective stretch & strengthening to address personal movement flaw. Assessment & plan only.
