Nomination Form
By filling out this form, you are nominating a RodeoKid under the age of 21 to receive a RodeoKids Scholarship to attend a clinic, camp, lesson, or another industry related educational opportunity. This scholarship can also be used to purchase educational material. Recipients of this scholarship will receive a voucher that will be returned to RodeoKids to redeem the funds for their desired opportunity. Once approved, RodeoKids will send a check to the clinician or coach OR purchase the materials and send the desired product to the recipient!
